At Mercy K. Services, we are driven by a passion for empowering communities and uplifting lives. Based in Kenya, we are a community-based organization dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized support to vulnerable populations, including women, adolescent girls, and persons with disabilities.
Since our founding in 2019 in Kisii County, we have committed ourselves to addressing critical social challenges such as the triple threat of HIV, teenage pregnancy, and gender-based violence (GBV). Our goal is to foster resilience, independence, and hope in the communities we serve.
Where It all Started
MercyK Services was founded in loving memory of Mercy, a compassionate soul who touched the lives of many before her untimely passing. Her unwavering dedication to helping others and her dream of creating a better world inspired the birth of this organization.
What began as a tribute to Mercy’s legacy has grown into a powerful force for change. Today, MercyK Services carries her name and her vision forward by empowering women, adolescent girls, and vulnerable communities across Kenya. Every initiative, from tackling the triple threat of HIV, GBV, and teenage pregnancy to providing life-changing surgeries, reflects her values of kindness, resilience, and hope.
Through our work, we honor Mercy’s memory by ensuring her passion for uplifting others continues to make a lasting impact. Her legacy lives on in every life we touch and every community we serve.
OUR JOURNEY
Our History
Mercy K. Services began in Kisii County with a mission to tackle the pressing needs of our local communities. Over the years, our reach has expanded to include Kisii, Nyamira, Kilifi, Kwale, and Mombasa counties. With each step, we’ve evolved our programs to provide holistic care and innovative solutions to societal challenges, ensuring that no one is left behind.
We proudly align our efforts with Kenya’s plan to end the “Triple Threat” Campaign by 2027, addressing the unique vulnerabilities of our nation’s young population.
